Fill the glass with ice cubes.
Combine seltzer, lemonade, rum, and blue curacao.
Garnish with a lemon round.

Seltzer. (120ml)
Lemonade (60ml).
White rum (60ml).
Blue curacao (15ml).
Lemon rounds, for garnish.
Ice.
