Payment

Payment for Goods and related delivery charges must always be made in advance. We accept bank transfer payments only.

We do not currently ship to the following countries, but you are welcome to arrange your own freight forwarder to collect the goods from our warehouse
Cyprus, Slovakia, Latvia, Hungary, Gibraltar, Slovenia, Turkey, Malta

Returns

If you have any issues with your order, please contact us so we can resolve the matter in the best way possible; whether that be by way of refund or replacement. There are some exceptions to the entitlement for a refund or replacement which can be found in our Website Terms & Conditions located on Our Site.

Faulty, or Incorrect Goods

Please contact us for a return’s authorisation code. Goods returned without a GRA (Goods Return Authorisation) reference will be rejected and returned to you at your own cost. Goods should be returned in their original packaging (and including any accessories the item came with) to CKB Ltd, Unit 5, Business Centre East, Fifth Avenue, Letchworth Garden City, Herts, SG6 2TS. Any Refund to which you are entitled will be made within 14 Calendar Days of the day on which we agree that you are entitled to the refund.

Goods damaged on arrival or Shortages

Please contact us. Shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving an order. It is your responsibility to thoroughly check your order upon delivery before signing any receipt of goods document for the courier. If there are any signs of damage or incorrect quantities these must be noted in full and signed for on the driver’s delivery note. Failure to carry out this procedure may result in any claims being rejected.
