Recipes


Ice Tea

Ingredients
Golden caster sugar (3 tbsp)
Runny honey, plus extra to serve (1tbsp)
Lemon thinly sliced (2 lemons)
Orange thinly sliced (2 oranges)
Fresh mint leaves, torn (15 leaves)

Method
Remove the container lid.
Put the tea bags, sugar, and honey inside the fruit basket (infuser).
Place the fruit basket inside the water container.
Pour hot (not boiling) water over the fruit until the water container is full.
Leave the water to cool with the lid off for around 15 minutes.
Put the container lid on the top.
Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes for the flavours to blend and for the water to be cold.
You can ice to speed this up.
Add more honey for a suitable taste.


Lemon, Cucumber & Mint Infused Water

Ingredients
Water (3 litres)
Thinly sliced cucumber (1/2 a cucumber)
Lemon thinly sliced (1 lemon)
Fresh mint leaves, torn (10 leaves)

Method
Remove the container lid.
Put the cucumber, lemons and mint together inside the fruit basket (infuser).
Place the fruit basket inside the water container.
Pour water over the fruit until the water container is full.
Put the container lid on the top.
Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours for the flavours to blend.

Blueberry, Lemon and Rosemary Infused Water

Ingredients
Water (3 litres)
Blueberries (1 cup)
Lemon thinly sliced (1 lemon)
Fresh rosemary sprigs (3-5 sprigs)

Method
Remove the container lid.
Put the blueberries, lemon and rosemary together inside the fruit basket (infuser).
Place the fruit basket inside the water container.
Pour water over the fruit until the water container is full.
Put the container lid on the top.
Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours for the flavours to blend.

Blackberries, Orange and Ginger Infused Water

Ingredients
Water (3 litres)
Blackberries. (1 cup)
Orange thinly sliced (1 orange)
Fresh ginger peeled and thinly sliced (1 inch)

Method
Remove the container lid.
Put the blackberries, orange and ginger together inside the fruit basket (infuser).
Place the fruit basket inside the water container.
Pour water over the fruit until the water container is full.
Put the container lid on the top.
Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours for the flavours to blend.

Strawberry, Basil and Lemon Infused Water

Ingredients
Water (3 litres)
Strawberries (1 cup)
Lemon thinly sliced (1 lemon)
Large fresh basil leaves, torn (10 leaves)

Method
Remove the container lid.
Put the strawberries, basil and lemon together inside the fruit basket (infuser).
Place the fruit basket inside the water container.
Pour water over the fruit until the water container is full.
Put the container lid on the top.
Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours for the flavours to blend.
